About The Commercial Property Inspection

My Property Assessment develops custom commercial property inspections for each individual client. Being a certified commercial building inspector, we help our clients determine the potential of their considered purchase or lease of a property.  We also provide reports to identify maintenance of their properties.  My Property Assessment follow the Standards of Practice so that our clients can make informed decisions.
