My Property Assessment develops custom commercial property inspections for each individual client. As a certified commercial building inspector, we have the unique opportunity to help clients understand the condition of their potential purchase or maintenance of their properties. We pride ourselves on following the Standards of Practice so that our clients can make informed decisions. We understand the importance of a thorough inspection and are passionate about our work.
Our Story
Beginning in residential construction in 1983 framing homes to 40 plus years later estimating, bidding, and managing $600M plus in commercial projects. My Property Assessment team has an eye for details. We can provide you with detailed assessments for commercial, institutional, life-science, hospitality, higher education, multi-family, and industrial properties.
Meet Your Inspector
Brian Keith.
Brian Keith has worked in the commercial building space for over 33 years. Starting out as a office engineer and worked up to Project Executive managing over $600M in projects and the personnel to operate them.
Brian has vast knowledge in all industries of commercial buildings and sites. He has experience with Industrial, Commercial, Life-Science, Institutional, Museums, Higher-Ed, Healthcare, Hospitality etc.
His scope of work was geared towards maintenance and small specialty projects for these types of facilities.
